For Broadband & Phone, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next bill date after Broadband service is activated.
Customer can migrate from existing call plan to a new plan. The existing call plan will be terminated on the next bill date.
For Phone packages, customer can start enjoying call plan on the next Phone bill date.

Customer is entitled for new Cordless Phone upon upgrading speed from other services to Broadband & Phone package.
Customer is entitled for Cordless Phone when migrating to a higher speed.
Customer is only entitled to 1 FREE cordless phone for this package. No new cordless phone will be given when upgrading to higher speed within Broadband & Phone package.
